Our Family Story

United Textiles was started by our grandparents in 1984. After relocating from California to Alabama, they opened a small fabric store in downtown Bessemer. In the 1990s, after some years studying business, the next generation took over. They expanded United Textiles and its offerings to include rugs, curtains, furniture, and more. Now, we are one of Alabama’s leading independent rugs and home decor retailers. We’re proud to offer our customers high-quality products at an excellent price, maintaining the same personal touch we had decades ago.
